These trousers are sized by waist. The measurements below are taken from the garment itself, so for the most reliable fit, compare them with a pair of trousers you already wear comfortably.

To measure the garment, lay a pair flat, measure straight across the top of the waistband and multiply by two — then match the result to the Waist column.
